Yup, It's Monday

It's raining like it's Noah-time, my coffee isn't strong enough, and Mount Laundry has reached new heights.

Plus my so-called "baby" is turning four next week. This shocks me.

So I spent some time this weekend looking for a gift.

Do you think she'd prefer the Sir John A. Macdonald Canadian Legends action figure?

Or the Sir Wilfrid Laurier?

I guess it boils down to if she wants to pretend to be a prime minister who could actually form a majority government versus being the first French prime minister. Both had funky hair styles so it's a hard call.

Anyhow, this is the long way of me saying: I'm not really here... I'm at Aiming Low today talking about naughty stuff.

Okay, WHERE did you find these action figures??!!!! They are great in that cheesy-can-you-believe-it-kind-of-way.

Love the action figures! I think any girl would love to have that as part of her play set. Disney Princess can't hold a candle!

John A. for sure. Nobody even knows what Laurier did.

Def. John A. I mean he totally looks like he comes with more teenie tiny accesories that Gigi can lose and then get all pissy and yell at your for.

Based on how my friends and I used to play with our Barbies and various action figures when we were little, I don't recommend getting these for your daughter. No one wants to see plastic prime ministers dry humping, funky hair styles or not.

Is there a Trudeau action figure. He was the hippest PM. (or a pot smoking Margaret) -Mrs Imelda

Wow, those are some revenue-generating action figures right there. Lucky recipients, huh?!

FOUR?! Wow. Four is fun.

Those are great- don't forget to pick up the miniature parliament plastic building accessories to go with them...

Oh and four is THE best.
My absolute favorite age so far.
Wish they could be four forever.

I'm guessing "legend" has a different meaning in Canadian than it does in normal English.
