Not Very Wordless Wednesday Series this week featuring:

Men's underwear that made me giggle. Right after I snapped this on my phone, an old man wearing a fedora came up and started gingerly feeling the leg elastic with two fingers. I covered my daughter's eyes and backed out of the store.

Yes, I let my three year old give me a pedicure, why do you ask? I think she did a pretty damn good job. Just wish she hadn't switched colours when she switched feet. I don't like pale orange with sparkles. FACT: I wore this for a week because she was so proud of her work. ANOTHER FACT: I often wear sandals and now all the momma's at the playground treat me like I'm kinda simple.

PARENTING PRIDE! Obviously it's a cat. She's got talent folks.

PARENTING PRIDE MIXED WITH ANNOYANCE [click to enlarge]. Obviously it's a potato person about to be hit by a meteor (no seriously, that's what it is -- she told me) -- do you see the terror in Potato's eyes? -- you may also notice it's ON THE WALL NEXT TO HER MIRROR.

I was gonna guess that pic #3 was a passed-out dude with really gnarly facial hair. But I guess a cat works, too.

Oooh, such an artiste! True artistry can never be contained simply on paper, it must explode out of your mind, sometimes on to walls. It is the price of creativity. Just don't tell my kids I said that. ;)

Awesome wall art. At least she didn't sign her work. My daughter used to write her name on the walls and then try and blame the dog. I tried to explain to her why she needed to learn to lie better.
I'm like "Dude, you know the dog would write Isis, and not YOUR name, right?"

Well, it's not in red crayon so it could be worse, wall wise. The cat, however, is pretty neat work. Smart kid.
Re underwear. You are kidding, right? Choke.

Super talented!

I should post photos of the walls in my kids' room sometime. They would blow your mind. That little potato person? Practically invisible compared to the cave art my kids have put up. Stop. Her. Now.

Yes, and freshly painted rooms? Brings out the artiste.

You want I should send Rosey down? Then you too can have the Adventures of Percival The Towelette on your bathroom wall.

Gah.

Love your peep-toes - she did a great job!

oh hell. I thought that was a cool notebook. ouch.

Those underwear are kinda freaky.

LOVE the pedicure. A friend of mine is sporting: red, glittery orange, blue, glittery purple, black and peach fingernails right now. She loves her 4 yr old ;-)

Your kid is THE SHIZNIT.

When I let my daughter give me a pedi she chose blood red polish. I looked like I'd had a massive accident with my toes. And yes, I wore it for weeks.

Hey, it's art that lasts. She's seen the pictures you've thrown in the trash. She's onto you, lady.

Just so we're clear - giving those underwear to my husband as an anniversary gift is a bad idea? Damn, now i need to find the receipt.

Hah, those underwear are hilarious! Awkward moment, though...
Your girl did do a GREAT job on your toes... I like the dark.

Oh, the potato/meteor artwork...have you tried toothpaste/ hairspray? Or you can leave it like I left my boy's from when he was 20 months old.. and yeah, he turned 9 in April. I'm so good....

Underpants priceless!
I should take a pic and show it to my husband. Too funny!
Needed that after some tough commenters on my own blog :)

First pic made me wonder why you were taking photos of yourself in "boy" underwear, notice I didn't say shocked! Then I wondered what was up with your very pale skin, whoa! WTH are the rest of your legs and then I read the post.

Gigi has talent for sure. At least her medium of choice looks to be like pencil on her walls. And she can paint nails better than me, that sucks, but also, she's hired.
