three is serious business

In case you were wondering, THREE did smack me in the face. In fact, a plethora, or as I like to call it: a gang of THREE came up and smacked me 'round.

Yesterday I fed eleven three year olds cake at 10:30 in the morning. A true suicide mission if I ever heard of one. Chocolate cake was served, mayhem ensued, I'm still too terrified to talk about it. It was three adults versus the gang, and I still get the chills thinking about it.

Thank you to everyone that sent well wishes to Gigi on her big day. A huge sincere, chocolate frosted, love smacked thank you to all.

BY THE WAY - have you been over to BlogHers Act Canada lately? Head on over and look at my beaver. I fluffed that beaver myself and am pretty darn proud. Now if that statement doesn't garner some awesometastically scary google hits, nothing will.

How did you know I have been wanting to sneak a peak at your beaver?

Nice beaver fluffing job, there. Do I detect a small crumb of chocolate cake?
I want to know what kind of hits you get, I really do.

Well thank goodness you made it out of that 3 year old chocolate induced mayhem alive!

Beaver talk AND chocolate cake teasing?! Could I love you MORE!? Just when I didn't think it possible...

I figured that everyone else would comment about the cake at 10:30, leaving me to make a beaver remark, but alas, it turns out that I am not original. It sure looks spiffy though!

Oh lord, she's three now??

I'm so sorry. ;)

Happy birthday to your sweet girl and happy BirthDay to you.

Did you save me any cake?

(not even touching the beaver thing. Get it? Not touching it?? ha!)

You had 11 three year olds in your house? High on chocolate??

You are some kind of brave.

ooh, that's why we have the parents stay...

And I saw your beaver the other day and was thinking that was one fine slice of Canadiana. And some clever joke about softwood lumber issues. Pretend it was really funny.

Happy Birthday Gigi!
MB you are a superstar! I take it you managed to watch and make notes from that episode of survivor.
Can you believe you actually went in to be induced instead of watching your show?

off to see your beaver.

Happy Belated Birthday Gigi.

And you are brave woman feeding sugary substances to 3 year old in the middle of the morning. My hat is off to you.

Happy, happy birthday to Gigi!!

When I was in the hospital after Tacy was born, Kyle sneaked a martini shaker into my room on Survivor night. Some traditions are important to uphold.

You're a braver woman than I!

Happy birthday, Gigi.

Your beaver is my very favorite beaver.

I just can't believe our Bumper is three. Yes, I just pretended like she partially belongs to me and I haven't actually met her. And yes, I called her by her previous moniker...but dammit those pictures up there made me all sentimental! ;)

Can't believe you're still going on about that beaver! ;)
