Not so Wordless Wednesday:
Yesterday's art project was one of our favourites. It went right up on the wall (toddler height as recommended by the toddler curator). This show is more solid than the macaroni and lentil installation from last week which had the potential to attract an unwanted crowds of the pesty kind. That show also ticked off the mom curator because picking that stuff up off the floor is a pain in the ars*.
Medium for this week's show: one bag of googly eyes, one glue stick, cardboard, and just to make you gag and think I've gone off the deep-end: a bucket of FUN! (who said that? That sounded like something a overachieving mom would say. Someone poke me with this pointy stick, okay?).

"Eye love it!"
It's watching me...hee hee
With all those eyes wacthing better be good. :)
That art is marvelously creepy!
That's a really neat idea!! I like it!! I'll have to try it with my girls!!
Love it! Reminds me of Boy Imelda's art work at that age!!!
Janet...funny!! It's all been said already.
Hey, could you do some more beauty recommendations? The No 7 shit isn't cutting it right now, my skin is soooo dry.
Ha. I was trying to think of something clever to write and then I was like "Oooh! The eyes have it! That's it." And then, umm, I realized that was the NAME of the post. Damn. LOL.
The 24 eyed monster is looking at me. Plus it is good times watching the googly eyes when you shake the page. Crazy fun!
First you clean your base boards and now crafts. Hmmm... what's this about overachievers?
Have you noticed how the eyes follow you no matter which way you move? *shudder* :)
I love it. Abstract art at its best...
That's a lot of eyes! Happy WW!
I see judgment in those eyes.
That's so cute -- kids have the best minds!
I think next time, you might draw some sort of green blob under it, and then attach the eyes and some antennae... It'd be all take me to your leader
Man, you ARE a bucket of fun! Wanna come to my house?
My kids love those too, although they love to apply them to normally inanimate objects, so suddenly your salt and pepper are staring grimly at you. Good times.
Finally, an art project I can actually replicate at home instead of trying to turn strips of colored felt into a furnished victorian doll house.
Simple. I like it. I will not do the pun. Just won't do it.
All eyes this way please.
Instead, we should poke you with the soft cushions!
